  • Use OR to search for either of two terms (e.g. fly OR drosophila) or quotation marks to search for phrases (e.g. "dna binding").

TAIR Computational Description: reversibly glycosylated polypeptide 4;(source:Araport11)
TAIR Curator Summary: RGP4 is a reversibly glycosylated polypeptide. Analyses using tagged RGP4 suggest that it is present in the cytosol and in association with the Golgi apparatus. Recombinant RGP4 does not have UDP-arabinose mutase activity based on an in vitro assay even though the related RGP1, RGP2, and RGP3 proteins do have activity in the same assay. RGP4 can form complexes with RGP1 and RGP2. RGP4 is expressed during seed development.
