Search our database by keyword

Examples

  • Search this entire website. Enter identifiers, names or keywords for genes, pathways, authors, ontology terms, etc. (e.g. eve, embryo, zen, allele)
  • Use OR to search for either of two terms (e.g. fly OR drosophila) or quotation marks to search for phrases (e.g. "dna binding").
  • Boolean search syntax is supported: e.g. dros* for partial matches or fly AND NOT embryo to exclude a term

TAIR Computational Description: cytokinin response factor 5;(source:Araport11)
TAIR Curator Summary: CRF5 encodes one of the six cytokinin response factors. It is transcriptionally upregulated in response to cytokinin. CRF5 belongs to the AP2/ERF superfamily of the transcriptional factors. CRF proteins rapidly relocalize to the nucleus in response to cytokinin. Analysis of loos-of-function mutants revealed that the CRFs function redundantly to regulate the development of embryos, cotyledons and leaves.
TAIR Short Description: cytokinin response factor 5
TAIR Aliases: CRF5
